These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you and Truetie ("we," "us," "our") governing your use of the Truetie dating application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). Please read them carefully.

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Community Guidelines. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

1. Who Can Use Truetie

You must be at least 18 years old to use Truetie. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years old.
• You are legally qualified to enter a binding contract.
• You are not a convicted sex offender and have not been convicted of a felony or any crime involving violence.
• You are not prohibited from using our Service under applicable laws.
• You will only have one Truetie account.

2. Your Account and Responsibilities

You are responsible for all activity on your account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate information and keep it updated.
• Use the Service in a respectful and lawful manner.
• Not harass, bully, or harm other users.
• Not impersonate any person or entity.
• Not use the Service for any commercial purposes, including solicitation or sex work.
• Not upload viruses or malicious code.
• Not attempt to scrape or copy user data or profiles.
• Not post any "Prohibited Content" (see below).

Prohibited Content

Prohibited Content includes, but is not limited to, content that is:

• Hateful, discriminatory, or threatening.
• Sexually explicit or pornographic.
• Defamatory, libelous, or false.
• Related to illegal activities.
• Infringing on someone else's intellectual property or privacy rights.
• That of another person (e.g., using another's image without consent).
• Spam or unauthorized advertising.

Note: Violating these rules may result in the immediate suspension or termination of your account.

3. Content on Truetie

Your Content

You are solely responsible for the content you post ("Your Content"). You grant Truetie a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute Your Content to operate and promote the Service. You represent that you own all rights to Your Content.

Member Content

Content posted by other users ("Member Content") belongs to them. You may not copy, use, or distribute Member Content for any purpose without their permission. We are not responsible for the accuracy or nature of Member Content.

Our Content

All trademarks, logos, and software associated with the Service are owned by or licensed to Truetie and are protected by intellectual property laws.

4. Safety and Interactions

Truetie strives to be a respectful community but is not responsible for the conduct of any user. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users.

YOU UNDERSTAND THAT TRUETIE DOES NOT CONDUCT CRIMINAL BACKGROUND CHECKS. Use your best judgment and take appropriate safety precautions when interacting with others, especially when deciding to meet in person. Review our Safety Tips for more guidance.

5. Purchases and Subscriptions

Truetie may offer paid subscriptions and Add ONs like Direct Connect.

Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew until you cancel.

How to Cancel

If you subscribed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, you must cancel through your device's respective account settings. We cannot process cancellations for these purchases.

FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE.

Refunds

Generally, all purchases are final. Refund rights may vary based on your location, as required by local law.

6. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time within the app's settings. Truetie reserves the right to investigate and terminate your account at any time, without refund, if you have violated these Terms, misused the Service, or engaged in harmful or illegal behavior.

7. Disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TRUETIE DOES NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE. TRUETIE IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CONDUCT, WHETHER ONLINE OR OFFLINE, OF ANY USER.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRUETIE AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF $100 USD OR THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO TRUETIE IN THE PAST SIX MONTHS.

9. Dispute Resolution

Informal Resolution

We hope to resolve any disputes amicably. Please contact us first at support@basesoft-solutions.com so we can try to resolve your issue.

Agreement to Arbitrate

If we cannot resolve a dispute informally, you and Truetie agree to resolve any claims through final and binding individual arbitration, rather than in court. This means you waive your right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit. The arbitration will be conducted by a neutral arbitrator.

Opt-Out

You can opt-out of this agreement to arbitrate by emailing us at support@basesoft-solutions.com within 30 days of first accepting these Terms.

10. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Maharashtra, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any claims not subject to arbitration shall be litigated exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Raigad District, Maharashtra State.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by posting the new Terms with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Service after the changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
